1. Booking & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after payment of the required advance amount.
• Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other available options shared with you.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Cancellation charges will apply as per the specific tour’s terms (usually 10–50% depending on proximity to departure date).
• No refund for cancellations made within 3 days of departure or for no-shows.

3. Tour Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns.
• In such cases, suitable alternatives will be arranged at no extra cost.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• Travelers must carry valid identification at all times.
• Any damage to property, vehicles, or hotel rooms will be the traveler's responsibility.
• Medical conditions must be declared in advance. We are not responsible for health-related issues during the tour.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• We act as a booking agent and are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party providers (hotels, transport, etc.).
• We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour.

6. Use of Website

8. Jurisdiction
